Libraries

Before visiting our libraries, please read the updated guidance. Continue to adhere to Welsh Government COVID guidance which helps to ensure both you and staff remain safe.

Return to the 3 Week Loan Period
Over the past 2 years, our customers have received no overdue fines for late items. Our library management system has automatically renewed these items on your behalf. With our libraries now open as normal, this automatic renewals services for customers will end on the 31st March 2022. If fines were accrued during the lockdown period they will be removed, although fines that were accrued before March 2020 may remain on your account. If you borrow items after 1st April 2022 and return them late, these books will accrue fines just as they would have done before the first lockdown began in March 2020. If in any doubt, please speak to a member of the library team.

Our libraries support and offer a wide range of information resources, as well as access to photocopying and IT facilities.
