Land Available at Oakdale Business Park

This is the largest development
plateau available in the South Wales
Valleys, with commanding views across
the Sirhowy Valley. The development
of this plateau was dependent on
the construction of the Sirhowy
Enterprise Way and work commenced
in January 2004 on this high standard
route. The Sirhowy Enterprise Way
was completed in December 2005.
This site lies adjacent to Pen-y-fan
Industrial Estate at the Eastern
entrance to Oakdale Business Park.
It has direct access to a roundabout,
which has been constructed off Parkway,
the main road through Pen-y-fan
Industrial Estate.
The Cherry Tree House office development is located between Oakdale Business Park and
Pen-y-fan Industrial Estate, alongside
the entrance roundabout. The 2-storey
office building provides a gateway
feature to Oakdale Business Park.
There are
currently no development proposals
on Plateau 1.
