At 50 acres (20.23 h.a.), this is the second largest plateau on Oakdale Business Park and has had a programme of development by both the Council and Welsh Assembly Government.

This site lies adjacent to Pen-y-fan Industrial Estate at the Eastern entrance to Oakdale Business Park. It has direct access to a roundabout, which has been constructed off Parkway, the main road through Pen-y-fan Industrial Estate.

The Cherry Tree House office development is located between Oakdale Business Park and Pen-y-fan Industrial Estate, alongside the entrance roundabout. The 2-storey office building provides a gateway feature to Oakdale Business Park.

A further 6 business units have recently been completed and are designed to compliment the existing buildings. This will be the third phase of development on this plateau. Only 20 acres (8.09 h.a.) remain available for development.
